The classic Italian story, set to the music of Mozart, Donizetti and Offenbach, is retold.
Pinocchio, a wooden puppet, longs to become a real boy. He lies to his father about skipping
school and finds himself in a dangerous situation with a theater show run by Wolf and Cat.
He learns to always tell the truth and not to be afraid to ask for help.

folk tale, with a score by Robert Rodríguez. The production was specially commissioned by
Tilles Center. It has a funny plot, lots of monkey antics, audience participation, and folk
melodies.
